Chiswick Regatta – Race Report Op 8+

May 12, 2025

The Quintin’s Men’s Eight took to the water at Chiswick Regatta for a head-to-head showdown with a strong Vesta counterpart. Despite putting together a scratch crew that had not all trained together before, we delivered a commanding performance.

A sharp start saw us establish a clear lead within the first 200 metres, pulling out to a length ahead. Maintaining composure and rhythm through the middle of the course, we continued to push on, extending our lead over Vesta with each stroke. A strong finish secured a decisive win.

This result bodes well as the squad builds toward Henley Royal Regatta, providing valuable race experience and confidence for the weeks ahead.
