Welcome to our new Race Coach – Elliott Kemp

Elliott began rowing with the Maidenhead Rowing Club Learn to Row class of 2014, training for four years under the guidance of the renowned coach Katerina Kleshneva.

During this time, he achieved three national championship titles and reached the Fawley Challenge Cup Final at Henley Royal Regatta in 2018.

He went on to earn a scholarship to the University of California, Berkeley, where he won two IRA National Championships, completed two undefeated seasons, and competed in the 2022 Ladies’ Plate Final at Henley.

Elliott concluded his competitive rowing career at the University of Oxford, rowing in the 2024 Boat Race.

He now brings his experience and passion for high-performance rowing to coaching, developing athletes across the race and development squads at QBC.

Welcome to QBC 💙
