QBC Win Marlow Regatta Town Cup

Jun 23, 2026

Our Wyfold four won the Town Cup at Marlow Regatta on Saturday as the fastest tier 2 club coxless four. They were eight seconds faster than the next tier 2 crew. As at the Metropolitan Regatta, crews were ranked into eight-abreast finals based on a time trial held in the morning and our crew made the B final once again, finishing eighth and ranking them sixteenth overall. These performances have helped them to avoid the qualifying races for Henley Royal Regatta and we look forward to seeing them in action on Henley Tuesday (and beyond, we hope).

Full results of the B final may be found at https://regatta.time-team.nl/marlow/2026/results/r6567d57c-7804-49bd-bd86-d2092a6bdf09.php.

Our Potwinners Chart is beginning to fill out with names.

The crew: Balthasar Issa (stroke), Elliott Kemp, Joe Wolfin, Oscar Bird (bow).
