QBC Open Day – 12th January

Jan 21, 2025

QBC held an open day for on 12th January for our joining members from Brentford Masters. After tour of the site and briefing on the redevelopment we took to the water and managed to get over 70 people out in a mass row of composite crews from both clubs. This was followed drinks and sausage rolls provided by our good Captain’s wife and a QBC history quiz – well done to Majella who won the competition and will get 50% off her membership subs!

We very much look forward to integrating our new joiners into the club and to express our thanks to existing members for all their help attending and volunteering to organise a hugely successful event. Not lastly MAABC for allowing us use their clubroom and for drinks after the outing in the MAABC Clubroom.
