Tyne Single Scullers Head

Sep 9, 2023

Steve Aquilina apparently determined to open this year’s Pennant Winners chart before Tom Bishop could, ventured north to the Tyne and came away with the Masters F pennant for single sculls. Steve completed the 3000 metre course in 13 min. 36.3 sec. and was only three seconds slower than the Masters E winner.

Steve thus has the privilege of opening the club’s account for Head and Regatta Wins for the 2023-24 season.
