Chiswick Regatta – Race Report MasCD 4x

May 12, 2025

This year, Chiswick Regatta marked a truly special day. Richard, Sean, and Mash have been rowing together for over a decade at Quintin, sharing early mornings, hard sessions, and the simple love of the sport. This year, they teamed up with Mark Chatwin, former QBC Captain and a well-decorated rower, and for the first time, the four came together to race at their home regatta in Chiswick. It was their first outing as a crew, and after years of individual efforts, they clicked immediately.

Together, they won in the Masters C race and brought home championship pots. But beyond the wins, what made it meaningful was their shared spirit: friends coming together after many years, the perseverance through the seasons, and the joy of finally seeing it all come good. The real victory is in never giving up and in celebrating these moments with people who’ve been part of the journey all along.
